Microsoft 3D Technology!

I forwarded an E-Mail to Microsoft's CEO Steve Ballmer on Sunday. The letter basically stated what i thought about the future of Microsoft's 3D Technology. I received a message yesterday sent by Richard Eckel who Steve Ballmer asked to follow up with the message that i sent. Richard then went on to say..."First, on the issue of ‘the 3D effect’, it’s still early days for 3D in the home, so its eventual acceptance and enjoyment remains to be seen. Today’s monitors generally require 3D glasses, but this may not always be the case. There are proven technologies that display 3D images without glasses, but there are tradeoffs. Microsoft does not produce displays, so we do not have direct information regarding viewer comfort or other tradeoffs. While we’ve never seen reports of lost eyesight or cancer, we are aware of evidence related to occasional eye strain"
